These terms govern your use of Fidela. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Fidela lets businesses issue digital loyalty cards, record stamps, reward customers and view loyalty analytics. We may update or improve features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your customers’ data

You are responsible for the customer information you enter and for collecting it lawfully, including obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction. You must not upload data you don’t have the right to use. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive activity, no attempts to break security or access data that isn’t yours, and no interference with the platform’s operation.

Availability & warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fidela is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Fidela at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting support@fidela.app.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
